Device Technology double up with Virdi and Crosthwaite

Device Technologies have once again supported the Waratahs through the sponsorship of 2 of our players in Adam Crosthwaite and Arshdeep Virdi during the 2015/16 season.

Both Adam and Arshdeep have been important members of our club for the last half a decade, so it is fantastic to see both them and the club get the support they deserve.

1st grade skipper Crosthwaite again had a strong season, showing everyone his well known talents. It was always going to be a tough year on the back of club departures and winning the 1st grade title, but Crossie again showed his talent with 688 runs at an average of 34.4.

Virdi was on the comeback from a knee reconstruction this year and has managed to convert himself from a swing bowler to a batsmen, playing the season in 3rd and 4th grade mainly as a bat while rowling the arm over only occasionally. No doubt when his leg gets stronger he will be back at the bowling crease for longer stints.

Both Adam and Virdi are also employed by Device Technologies, so they are playing a leading role in helping both the club and it’s players be the best that they can be.

Founded in 1992, Device Technologies is an established distributor of quality and technologically-advanced medical equipment and consumables. The company is Australian-owned and employs more than 600 healthcare specialists and support staff in Australia and New Zealand. A few points about Device:
