The Junior Pathway Program is an initiative set-up by a number of influential figures at both Manly Warringah Cricket Club and the Warringah Cricket Club.
The program is designed to assist young players in achieving their full potential both on and off the cricket field. On the cricket field, the initiative is used to give a clear pathway for junior players as they progress from junior cricket on artificial wickets through to senior cricket on turf wickets. This enables young players to mature at a sustainable rate with correct support networks in place. Off the cricket field, the program has resulted in a number of worthwhile seminars regarding the HSC, selection policies and balancing life outside of cricket which involve key figures from both clubs and players who have been through such experiences.
