Village Maintenance Officer Freshwater, NSW

We are seeking a capable and dedicated Village Maintenance Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at Watermark Freshwater, in Freshwater.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for completing general maintenance services across our Village to ensure the site remains safe, well-maintained, and operating smoothly.

More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Carry out general repairs and maintenance (reactive and scheduled)
  • Perform a range of handyperson duties including patching, painting, and basic carpentry

What You Will Do
