Our first grade captain Jay Lenton is looking towards a big 2023/24 season.

In his sisth year as Waratahs Captain, he is driven to once again challenge for the title with his talented team.

Jay is focused on leading from the front with both bat and gloves this season.

A hard hitting left hand batsman with First Class cricket and BBL experience, Jay will bat in the top order and most likely open the innings in the shorter forms of the game. While tall for a wicket-keeper, Jay has fantastic hands and great endurance that make him ideal for the longer forms of the game.

We are looking forward to Jay’s continued leadership of the club in 2023/24.
