The Manly Warringah Waratahs are delighted to announce that Gage Roads Brew Co will continue as the club’s Official Beer Partner for the 2026/27 season
This is the extension of a partnership that has become a natural fit between two organisations with strong connections to the Australian coastal lifestyle.
Gage Roads first joined the Waratahs ahead of the 2023/24 season as part of its continued growth on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Since then, the proudly independent Australian brewer has become a valued member of the Manly Cricket corporate family, with its beers enjoyed by players, supporters, sponsors and guests across a range of club events and activities.
Founded in Western Australia more than 20 years ago, Gage Roads takes its name from the stretch of ocean separating Fremantle and Rottnest Island. That coastal heritage remains at the heart of the brand today, inspiring a range that includes its flagship Single Fin Summer Ale and a growing collection of award-winning beers. The company remains proudly Australian owned and independent, with a team of around 240 people and 20 per cent of the business employee owned.
Manly Cricket Head of Partnerships Rowan Hamman said the continuation of the partnership was another great result for the club.
“We’re thrilled to have Gage Roads continuing with us as our Official Beer Partner for the 2026/27 season.
“They have been fantastic supporters of the Waratahs over the last three seasons and are a brand that really resonates with our players, members, supporters and the wider Northern Beaches community.
“There’s a genuine alignment between the two organisations, particularly through our shared connection to the coast, sport and bringing people together.”
Community is an important part of the Gage Roads story. The brewer has a long history of supporting sport, surfing and coastal communities around Australia, including surf events and initiatives supporting the health of Australia’s beaches and oceans. Its work with environmental organisation Tangaroa Blue has included beach clean-ups around the country, while Gage Roads has also supported initiatives promoting opportunities for women in the brewing industry through its long-running partnership with the Pink Boots Society.
The Waratahs thank everyone at Gage Roads for their continued support and look forward to another fantastic summer together throughout 2026/27.
We encourage the Manly Cricket community to support the organisations that support our club and look forward to enjoying a Gage Roads at Manly Oval throughout the season.
