We’re excited to announce that a major drawcard of the temporary Harbord Diggers venue will be its marquee dining establishment Gio, that will soon be the talk of the Northern Beaches.
Awarded three hats by the prestigious Gault&Millau restaurant guide, Verde restaurateur Antonio Ruggerino will be bringing his knowledge, passion and flavours of Southern Italy to the temporary club’s new rooftop dining venue. Boasting breathtaking panoramic views of Freshwater Beach and beyond, Gio will offer a complete sensory dining experience.
Gio is set to be a new high-end bistro style restaurant and bar that will cater to couples, families and members alike. With a clever wine list to match a fabulous Italian menu and rooftop ocean views, Gio is sure to become one of the most popular hotspots in the Northern Beaches.
Along with Gio, the Harbord Diggers will also launch a new casual dining establishment Dig Inn Cafe and Bar. The cafe is to be overseen by high profile operator Spiro Mylonas who believes the venue is sure to be a hit amongst local diners looking for fresh and convenient food in a realxed and friendly setting. The Dig Inn will serve a range of contemporary Australian and Mediterranean dishes to complement the realxed Northern Beaches lifestyle.
