Manly Oval Coaching Clinics

Each year, the Manly Warringah Waratahs, its players and coaches run coaching clinics at Manly Oval or Grahams Reserve for junior players around the area, and that will continue as part of our Manly for Manly program in 2024/25.

The first of these was held on Saturday 31st August at Grahams Reserve.

The club was built in the early days on coaching clinics at Manly Oval held by club legends like George Lowe and Jim Randall, but since the advent of the Junior Association, they have been few and far between. As such, the club contributing to coaching clinics is a wonderful initiative that both the kids and the players enjoy being involved in.

Manly Oval on a beautiful Summers morning is as picturesque as you can get, and getting the kids to come on and perform some coaching activities is a great way to get them dreaming about playing at Manly oval one day. Our clinics from previous have been a huge success.

Junior clubs will receive invitations from our Community Manager Phill Edwards well in advance of each clinic.
