The Sydney Cricket Association has announced the 2026/27 Men’s Premier Cricket season draw.
The Mounties Manly Warringah Waratahs 1st Grade side will once again start their season with the Kingsgrove Sport T20 Cup on 19 September, while the lower grades will begin their season a week later, on 26 September, against T20 matches.
The Tahs will then take on Penrith, with a limited overs match for first grade, and a second T20 for the lower grades.
The following week will see all grades play a limited overs match against Sydney University, before a 2 day match against Blacktown.
Manly’s season will feature a mix of two-day and limited-overs matches, with the majority of limited-overs games scheduled before Christmas.
The Tahs last game before the Christmas break will be a limited overs match against Wests on 19 December.
After the Christmas break, the Tahs will kick into two day cricket mode (with one limited overs match for grades 2-5), starting against Gordon on 9 and 16 January, and playing the last match of the regular season against Hawkesbury on 27 February & 6 March 2027.
Finals are scheduled to begin with the Qualifying Finals on 13 and 14 March, followed by the Semi-Finals on 20 and 21 March, with the 1st and 2nd Grade Finals to be played from 27 to 29 March and the 3rd to 5th Grade Finals on 27 and 28 March 2027.
Following a fantastic 2025/26 season—where the club won both the first and second grade premiership for the first time in our history, the Tahs are eager for more success, hoping to claim further silverware and hopefully take home another club championship.
