
Mounties Manly Warringah Waratahs future stars Julian Osborne and Myles Kapoor have taken home the U17 Mens National Championship with NSW Metro.
NSW Metro defeated Queensland in the final by 58 runs to claim the title at the U17 Male National Championships in Launceston.
NSW Metro were dominant throughout the tournament with Osborne and Kapoor both excelling for the side.
Kapoor was the sides third highest run scorer, scoring 175 runs at 29.17, including a top score of 103.
Osboune was the competition’s highest wicket-taker, finishing with 13 wickets, including a career-best 7-13 and a five wicket hall in the semi final. For his efforts, Osborne was also named in the team of the tournament.
In addition to Osborne and Kapoor, Harry Kershler was also representing the Tahs at the Championships, playing for the NSW Country side.

NSW Country finished in 4th place, with Kershler making strong contributions for the side throughout the tournament.
It is great to see our future Tahs succeeding at the representative level, and is a strong sign for the future.
