We are saddened to report the passing of Ron Sullivan, father of long time Waratah and former first grade skipper Jamie Sullivan.
Ron was a big supporter of the club during Jamie’s 9 years at the Waratahs, always around watching Jamie and his team mates play when he could get down from up the Coast.
Of course Jamie was a big part of our club during those 9 years, and in actual fact, still is. We would like to let Jamie know that the thoughts and prayers of everyone at the club are with him, Judy, Ron’s wife May, and all of the family during this tough time.
All friends and relatives of Ron are invited to attend a celebration of his life to be held in The Chapel, Harris St, Wallsend on Wednesday 14th January. Service starts at 12 noon.
