It’s great to see local junior, Michael Visser, selected for his first 1st grade game. Mick has stepped up a level this year and has enjoyed a fantastic start to the year in 2nd grade. It was great to see life member, Gavin Fletcher, present Viss with his 1st grade cap at training on Thursday.
Another point of interest is the selection of 13yo, Aiden Bariol, in 5ths, coming up to keep with James Boyer missing this game in 3rds. What a fantastic achievement to be so young and playing for such a strong club. Well done mate.
It’s also great to see Tom Kaye returning from injury via 5th grade. Tom’s been keen to get on the paddock for a few games now but it took a while for his ankle to heal. It’s ready and so is Tom!
