Waratahs raise more than $14k for Movember

The Mounties Group Manly Warringah Waratahs have raised more than $14,000 for the Movember campaign this year.

The total of $14,030 is the highest amount raised by the club in its years doing Movember, smashing last year’s record sum of of $11,848, and beating our target of $12,000.

It’s a credit to all of the Men’s Playing Group who got behind the campaign, as well as all of those who donated to such a worthy cause.

The cause was pushed by new Community Manager Jayden Kennedy, the Mens Club Captains, Ollie Melville and Jacob O’Sullivan, as well as Matthew Sunshine, who not only all participated in the fundraising, but encouraged many of the Men’s Playing Group to get involved.

Leading the way on the fundraising side was 5th Grade Manager (and Movember legend) Doug McGrath, who raised $4,785 during the month. Jayden Kennedy and Matthew Sunshine also raised more than $2,100, whilst Evan Dunnachie raised over $1,500.
