The Manly Warringah Waratahs are pleased to have independent Australian investment group XLX on-board with the club in 2025/26.
They are sponsoring young gun Eve Burke, renewing their partnership which began in 2024/25.
XLX invests in projects or companies within the resources and energy sectors, typically in the early to mid-stage of development. They adopt a flexible approach to investing and will consider investments in public or private companies, for expansion, resource definition, buy-out or distressed asset situations, in equity or hybrid capital, and in Australia or international jurisdictions.
They have more than 200 years of industry experience and boast a wide range of skillsets and backgrounds within the company, from mining to engineering, and from construction and law.
A big thanks to Directors Tony Haggarty, Allan Davies and the entire team for their support of Eve.
Of course, Eve is beginning to build a fantastic profile of her own, having won a number of games for the Waratahs already this year.
While still only young, Eve brings an enthusiasm for the game and for the Waratahs as a Club that is infectious and is someone to keep an eye out for in future seasons in our top grades.
It’s a great collaboration between Eve and XLX that we are hoping will continue well into the future.
