Club Captain and local celebrity Cameron Merchant will be putting on his dancing shoes for a great cause in April, participating in the Stars of the Beaches Dancing Fundraiser.

Stars of the Beaches is an incredibly fun and entertaining dance fundraiser and gala dinner run by Cancer Council NSW.
After an amazing sell out last year, they are back for more as our local Northern Beaches personalities put their talent to the test to dance for cancer!
‘Nappa’ will be appearing alongside a range of business and local community leaders who will learn to dance in just 8 weeks with the help of talented dance teachers from Tempo Red Studios and Arthur Murray Brookvale. He will also undertake a series of challenges which will all raise valuable funds to aid the defeat of cancer. We’re hoping ‘The Dream’ can come away with one of the titles up for grabs on the night; Judges Choice, People’s Choice and Highest Fundraiser.
With 1 in 2 Australians diagnosed with cancer be the age of 85, the money raised from this event will go towards world-class cancer research, prevention programs, advocacy, and support services to help those affected by cancer at every point in their journey.
