Exciting last round as all teams playing for finals contention – Men’s and Women’s Teams March 12-13 2021/22

The Raydel Manly Warringah Waratahs have named sides for this upcoming men’s and women’s premier cricket round. This round is the last of the regular season before finals, with added excitement as all teams playing this round being in contention for a finals spot. The men’s grades face Hawkesbury, and will play all games at home over Saturday and Sunday, due to the unfortunate weather conditions that recently hit Bensons Lane. Women’s 1st grade take on the ghosts down at Raby, while 2nd grade have a bye, and unfortunately that is the end for 2’s this season.

Jacob O’Sullivan returns to the 1st grade side, while Michael Counsell rejoins 2nd grade. 3rd grade enjoy the return of Josh Wigney to spearhead the pace attack, while Lachlan Charles returns to 4th grade. 5th grade has unfortunately been called off due to the ground being unsuitable for play.

Women’s 1st grade make just one addition with Steph Hughes returning to make up a squad of 12. 3rd grade keep a familiar squad of 13, headlined by captained Renee Hough, while Brewers make two changes with Maya Nicey and Cam Pryor returning to the side.
