The Raydel Manly Warringah Waratahs have named sides for this weekend’s upcoming men’s and women’s clashes. Men’s grades 1-5 face local rivals UTS North Sydney, while the women’s sides come up against Gordon and Sydney. Sunday sees another First grade T20 – PG’s double header at Manly Oval, with both squads lining up against Easts. The Men’s sides went 4 from 5 last week, the highlight a special ton from Matt Brewster in 2’s. The only women’s side to get play in was 3rd grade, who unfortunately suffered defeat.
First grade keeps a similar side, with the only change being Jack Edwards returning from state duty to fill out Ollie Davies absence through injury. Josh Seward returns to 2nd grade after being unavailable last week, while Lachie Coyte makes his debut in 3’s after a huge ton in 4’s a couple of weeks ago, with Neal Prowse and Lachie Trewartha both returning to the side. 4’s suffer a loss with skipper Andrew Rochford ruled out with injury, but it gives the opportunity for Josh Cooper and Lachie Kerr to take the co-captain reigns, as Kerr comes back from 3’s along with allrounder Ellis Raymond. 5’s will look to go 3 from 3, with one change in their lineup, as Ben Falconer comes into the side. Jack Edwards also rejoins the 1st Grade T20 side, with Lachie Coyte and Lachie Trewartha returning to the PG’s squad.
Women’s 1st Grade retain the same side as last round, while 2nd Grade welcomes Ellen Hall who comes into the side to replace Chelsea Mclerie. Brewers also keep the same side, however 3rd Grade look to bounce back from last weeks defeat, with two changes in Helen Hull and Eliza Henry included in the side.
