Miles from Home provides Waratahs with miles of support

We are very pleased to announce that Mona Vale retailer Miles from Home is supporting the Manly Warringah Waratahs for the 2015/16 season through the sponsorship of Aidan Baker.

Miles from Home is a new venture launched by Jenny Miles-Bird, mother of current club photographer and former Green Shield player Ian Bird, as well as test pacemen and local junior Jackson Bird.

Miles from Home stock the best clothing brands from all over the world with a vintage Nordic designers feel. They represent brands such as Scotch & Soda, Maison Scotch, Amsterdam Blauw, Didriksons 1913, Kaibosh, Royal Republic, Walnut, Saltwater Sandals, and many more.

They have over 30 years experience in all aspects of fashion and can offer a one on one experience in fashion styling.

Jenny herself was very happy about her first sponsorship deal.

“I have been in retail for many years but this was my first opportunity to branch out on my own. To do it with the Manly Club, someone I have had a long involvement with, is fantastic.

“I would really encourage anyone that is looking for something different to come down and give us a look. We are just across the road from Mona Vale Library on Pittwater Road so we are easy to get to.”

“We have had a long association with Aidan as well as he is very good friends with my both Jackson and Ian, so I’m really happy to be supporting him.

You can contact Miles from Home on 9999 1773 or visit them at 1773 Pittwater Rd, Mona Vale. They are also on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Miles-from-home-795621067148207/info?tab=overview
