Three Waratahs in SCA Team of the Decade

One current and two former Styleness Manly Warringah Waratahs have been selected in the highly esteemed SCA Team of the 2010-19 decade.

Crucial members of the First Grade premiership winning side in 2014/15, current player Ahillen Beadle, alongside former players Adam Crosthwaite and Nic Bills, were all selected in the 12 man side.

Since joining the club in 2012/13, Beadle has been one of the most consistent and best performers for Manly.

AB has been a class act with both bat and ball, taking 170 wickets at 22.85 and amassing 4,468 runs at 36.03 with a top score of 157.

AB was an integral member of First Grade during their premiership winning year in in 2014/15, and also played a key role in the Club Champsionship winning seasons of 2014/15 and 2017/18.

AB will no doubt continue to add to the success of the club in the 2020/21 season, and hopefully into the future.

Adam Crosthwaite played at Manly for 9 years, and is arguably one of the greatest players to ever play for the club.

Crossy scored more than 6696 runs for the club at an average of 41.33, including a record tying 15 hundreds, with a high score of 201.

Crossy was an integral part of the club, where he won the First Grade Premiership in 2014/15, 3 Club Championships in 2011/12, 2014/15 and 2017/18, and the First Grade T20 title in 2009/10.

Although only playing one season for the Tahs, Nic Bills was a key player during the 2014/15 First Grade Premiership winning, and Club Championship season.

Billsy took a staggering 48 wickets at an average of 22.67 across all 3 formats during his time at the club, and was integral to the success of the club in 2014/15.

Congratulations to all three Manly players on their selection in the Team of the Decade.
