We are extremely saddened to report the passing of Jill Gainsford, mother of life member David, grandmother of current player Sam and wife to devoted husband Brian.
Jill had a long battle with cancer but passed away last Saturday. The funeral will be held this Friday the 6th of March at 11am at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church on Whistler St in Manly.
The entire Gainsford family has had a big association with Manly Cricket over many years, to which Jill was also a large contributor. The thoughts and prayers of the entire club are with David, Brian, Sam and the entire Gainsford family.
