Mounties Manly Warringah Waratahs trio Lauren Kua, Ebony Hoskins and Shivani Mehta have been selected to represent NSW in the upcoming 2nd XI fixtures against South Australia.
The Breakers will take part in 2 one-day matches in Adelaide on the 19th and 21st March.
It is a fantastic honour for all 3 players who have had particularly outstanding seasons for the Tahs.
Lauren had a particularly successful season, hitting 631 runs at 45.07 to be our top run scorer in W1s. With a top score of 108, she hit 6 scores over 50 for the season and was a model of consistency.
Shivani has a late start to the season but quickly showed her class. She hit 4 50’s over the season on her way to 388 runs at 43.11.
Shivani made her NSW debut last season and will be keen to perform well to push her claims for next season,
Finally, Ebony provided a touch of class to the Tahs this season. She took 28 wickets at the mind-boggling average of 11.46 and was by far our best bowler this season.
Her arrival at the club this season was welcomed by all, and she fit in like a glove.
