4 Pines bring Farm to Plate – A Flavour Matching Journey

4 Pines Kellerdoor (Manly) & 4 Pines Public House (Newport) are hosting a ‘Flavour Matching Journey’ where they’ll pair an organic & sustainable three course menu with a beer matching experience.

May 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th are the dates that you need to put in your diary.

From the beautiful little hop flowers that flavour our beers to the oceans, paddocks and plains that grow our goods, the journey produce takes from planet to plate is worth celebrating, and protecting.

Join the 4 Pines experts to learn how to taste beer like a boss with Pink Boots Ambassador and Cicerone, Sarah and be guided through a flavour journey of sustainably sourced foods by Group Executive Chef, Ed.


The Journey Will Take You Through;
On arrival: FRESHY
Entrée: Barramundi fish cakes, blue swimmer crab oil, lemon aioli, leaves – PACIFIC ALE
Main course: Porchetta, Asian herbs, seasonal garnish, ginger & black vinegar dipping sauce – AMBER ALE
Dessert: Ginger & date pudding, caramel sauce, sweet potato chips, vanilla ice cream – ESB (Extra Special Bitter)
