The Raydel Manly Warringah Waratahs would like to welcome WNCL and WBBL star Sam Bates to the club.
Sam plays for Victoria as well as the Sydney Thunder and will be lining up for the Tahs in their first round match against Campbelltown-Camden this weekend.
A left arm orthodox spinner, Sam will add further skill and experience to the side, which womens first grade captain Mikaela Turik is looking forward to.
“It will be great to have such an state and WBBL experienced player in our side for the weekend. The girls are looking forward to see how she goes about her business”
Sam will be playing for the Tahs whenever her Big Bash committments allow her, which will be of great advantage to the Tahs in just their second year of the first grade competition.
