The Styleness Manly Warringah Waratahs were pleased and proud to participate in NAIDOC week last weekend, the 14th/15th November 2020.
NAIDOC Week 2020 recognises that this path towards reconciliation does not begin with laws and policy, it begins with unity and connection.
Teams participated in the barefoot circle prior to the games, as well as captains/players providing a heartfelt message to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land.
The participation in the barefoot circle and acknowledgement of country is an imporatnt step to reconciliation, and connecting all Australians to embrace the true history of this country.
