Jake has been quietly improving as an all-round cricketer for the Waratahs this season, becoming a crucial component of Adam Gummer and Dylan Marshall’s 4th and 5th grade sides respectively. Blessed with fantastic ball-striking ability with the bat and a somewhat innocuous yet effective off-break with the ball, Jake has all the skills to fly up the grades. With a massive big finals campaign hopefully to come, we can’t wait to see Jake show his full potential when it counts most!
Render King is owned and run by well known local identity Matt Guberina, a former Manly Sea Eagles and Warringah Rats player. Matt jumped at the chance to get involved with another Northern Beaches sporting organisation when we spoke at the beginning of the season, and it’s great to have him on-board as part of our club.
