Michael Counsell's Peach

How is that one Mr Umpire? Our Styleness Play of the Week goes to Michael Counsell for the thunderbolt that uprooted middle stump and sent it cartwheeling well past the pitch. An absolute peach of a delivery, the batsman’s missing middle peg made it easy for everyone at the ground to figure out how he was dismissed. Big Mike was the chief destroyer in 4th grade’s bonus point win against Campbelltown-Camden last week with figures of 3/21, helping the team remain top of the table heading into the Christmas break.
